Booth of the Technopark Alliance
The Technopark Alliance was represented at Startup Nights 2024 by the Technoparks Winterthur, Graubünden, Zurich and Liechtenstein. The RUNWAY Startup Incubator and the Startup Campus of the ZHAW were also present.
For Technopark Winterthur and the RUNWAY Startup Incubator, the main focus was on the funding programmes. The RUNWAY Startup Incubator and the new TPW funding programme ASCENT Startup Accelerator have been working closely together since summer 2024 to offer startups end-to-end support from the founding phase through to scaling.
Technopark Graubünden presented the ‘Startup Snow Summit’ project at its stand. Lenzerheide Bergbahnen AG and the Technopark Alliance invite selected early-stage tech startups to the mountains – a day full of networking and early-stage funding in Graubünden.
The partnership between the AI Startup Centre and the AI Park was a priority for Technopark Zurich. This collaboration strengthens Technopark Zurich as an AI competence centre for research, SMEs and start-ups.
Cyltronic AG: Pioneering servo technology wowed the audience
TPW tenant company Cyltronic AG took the opportunity to present its latest IO-Link servo actuators to a wide audience and impressed many with this innovative technology. At stand no. 20, the team was able to present its solutions directly and demonstrate how versatile the possible applications of its products are. A special highlight was the presentation that Cyltronic gave together with Isliker Magnete AG. Under the heading ‘Innovation meets experience: how SMEs and start-ups benefit from each other’, they shared their knowledge and showed how traditional companies and start-ups can grow through targeted cooperation.
Reliyoo: A strong signal for people with limited mobility
Reliyoo impressed the audience with its innovative relief cushion for the prevention of pressure ulcers. Particularly moving was the exchange with those affected and their relatives, who were able to find out first-hand about the benefits of this product, as the tenant startup wrote on LinkedIn. The two event days gave Reliyoo the opportunity to present its mission – to make everyday life easier for people with mobility impairments – to a wide audience and make important contacts. Their team was delighted with the positive reactions and is looking forward to the next steps in product development.
Borobotics: robotics innovations on the Startup Night stage
The Borobotics team was also present with great commitment and presented its innovative drilling robotics technology for geothermal energy at stand no. 193 in hall 1. Supported by the >>venture>> startup competition, the Technopark-based startup Borobotics gave an impressive demonstration of how innovative and dynamic the Swiss robotics scene is. The Startup Nights provided an ideal stage to present their pioneering solutions to a wide audience and make valuable connections. The event encouraged the team to continue pursuing their vision of a technology-based future.
