The ground floor of our building is the hub for your events, trainings, workshops or meetings. Both internal and external companies may reserve and use the event rooms.

Benefit from the proximity to Winterthur train station or the highway exit Töss. Enter at our main entrance and you will immediately find our reception. Then enjoy the charm of the old building or the comfort of the new sector, everywhere in the middle of the action of the Startup “Bee House”.

You have never been with us before? Experience the A to Z support of the secretariat and our creative caterer. We are here for you from the moment of the request, to the exact planning to the personal support on site. The price always includes all equipment, signage on our screens, technical assistance from our team, on-site support from the beginning to the end of your event, even early in the morning or in the evening.

Corona measures

Our event rooms and meeting rooms are equipped to comply with the current pandemic regulations. In addition, almost all rooms are equipped with a CO2 sensor from our startup Smoca AG. This means that ventilation can be provided as needed.

What are the corona guidelines to follow?

As a general rule, the organizer must comply with the regulations of the Federal Office for Public Health (FOPH) and bear responsibility for them. We will be happy to send you our protection concept on request.

From what time may we start in the morning and how long in the evening?

As a general rule, our team is on site when the customer wishes to start or finish in the evening. In other words, we are there for you from start to finish.

Can I bring my own food or book an outside caterer?

No, we work with our internal house caterer.

Can I pre-book a room without obligation?

Your reservation remains provisional until we receive a definitive booking from you. Until this time there are no cancellation costs. We will contact you if we receive other rental requests for the same time slot in the meantime.

What do I have to pay if I cancel my booking?

If you reserve only provisionally, there are no cancellation costs.
If you make a definite reservation, the GTCs apply:

  • from definite reservation: 20% of the room costs
  • from 30 days before the event: 40% of the room costs
  • from 20 days before the event: 60% of the room costs
  • from 10 days before the event: 80% of the room costs
  • from 3 days before the event: 100% of the room costs
Is it possible to book premises on a Saturday or Sunday?

No, Technopark Winterthur is only open from Monday to Friday.

I would like to involve other participants online, e.g. with ZOOM. Is the internet connection sufficient?

Yes, our free WiFi network is sufficient for all common online conferencing tools. If required, we will support you in setting up and testing.

I need help with setup. What do you offer?

If you require intermediate cleaning, re-seating, assistance with set-up and dismantling work, set-up and dismantling work or other services, please let us know at least 10 days before your event. The billing is based on time and effort at CHF 65.- per hour.
