Numerous new companies were welcomed to the city of Winterthur and the region at the House of Winterthur's annual welcome event on Thursday, 21 November. The event provided an ideal platform for establishing important contacts and networking with partners and other companies right from the start. Speed dating was also on the agenda.
On Thursday, 21 November 2024, the House of Winterthur hosted its annual welcome event to welcome numerous new companies to the city and region of Winterthur. The event provided the perfect setting for making valuable initial contacts, exchanging ideas with partners and other companies and getting to know the local business world through exciting speed dating sessions.
After a lively round of business speed dating, the informative part of the evening began. Representatives of local organisations such as the SME Association, the Entrepreneur Club Winterthur (ECW), the Chamber of Commerce and Employers’ Association Winterthur (HAW), the City Association Junge Altstadt, the Technopark Winterthur, the House of Winterthur and the City of Winterthur jointly presented the numerous support offers and services. This gave participants a comprehensive overview of the opportunities available to them in the region.
The atmosphere was filled with inspiring conversations and exciting encounters – a successful kick-off for the new companies. A big thank you to all participants and partners who made this evening possible. Winterthur warmly welcomes its new companies and looks forward to innovative impulses for the region.
