Various funding elements are part of the support program. Startups that qualify can choose the support elements freely. We assist startups in «taking off» with our natural proximity to the companies, flexibility, and straightforward processes.
Nice to know: Startups can apply for the support program before they are tenants and can then benefit from a rent reduction as soon as they move into the building.
