The Swiss innovation agency Innosuisse has classified heyPatient AG as a startup with particularly high growth potential. As a result, the Winterthur-based company has received the Innosuisse Scale-up Program Award and has been accepted into the second phase of the scale-up program.
According to a press release, heyPatient AG has successfully qualified for the second, or scale-up, phase of Innosuisse’s coaching program and is now officially recognized as an Innosuisse Scale-up. As a result, the health tech company, founded in 2019, will receive intensive coaching on scaling, organization, international compliance, IPO strategy, legal matters, and financing.
For heyPatient, acceptance into this program signifies validation of its business model and technological foundation, recognition of its market performance to date, and confidence in its growth potential: “This validation motivates us to continue on our path, to sustainably improve the digital patient journey, and to support healthcare organizations in making their processes more efficient and patient-centered,” CEO Matthias Spühler is quoted as saying.
HeyPatient offers a digital platform for communication between medical facilities on the one hand and patients on the other. As the Winterthur-based company explains, its focus is currently “clearly on further scaling.” This includes the continued expansion of efficient and scalable processes, the further development of the organizational structure, the continued expansion of the partner network, and preparations for international expansion. ce/mm
